We’ll also have plenty of time for networking with the Housing Providers represented in our Coalition during the resource fair portion of the event.

Bridge to Housing is a collective of the Lake County Coalition for the Homeless Housing Navigators united in the goal to end homelessness by strengthening relationships with landlords and property managers.
